Parent Coaching
Parent Coaching is for you if you’ve been stuck on a waitlist for behavioral services, if your child doesn’t have a diagnosis that qualifies for therapy, or if you’ve felt frustrated with the services covered by your insurance. Guided Growth Training offers personalized parent coaching for families of children with autism, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges, so you don’t have to wait for help. In parent coaching, we work together in a collaborative way. Sessions are virtual and therapy is tailored to your child’s unique needs and your family’s routines. You don’t have to be held back by insurance rules or limits that can slow down progress. You’ll learn clear, evidence-based strategies you can start using right away. With my guidance, you can become the expert on your child and feel confident leading their progress at home. Take charge of your child’s growth and get the support you deserve. Fieldwork Supervision For Teachers and Daycare Staff
If you’re working in a school or childcare setting and want to become a BCBA, my supervision model is designed specifically with your reality in mind—not a clinic schedule that doesn’t fit your life.
I bring firsthand experience from public school and day school ABA settings, along with a background in special education and behavioral specialist training, which means I understand how behavior analysis actually show up in classrooms, IEP meetings, and everyday school routines. My approach is about helping you build your fieldwork hours where you already are, without needing to step away from your job or become an RBT just to qualify.
With me as your supervisor, you can expect a structured but flexible experience that fits into your workday rather than competing with it. We’ll work together to identify meaningful opportunities for unrestricted and restricted hours within your current school or childcare environment, and I’ll help you connect what you’re doing day-to-day to the BACB requirements in a clear and practical way. You can also expect consistent communication, clear expectations for weekly progress, and ongoing mentorship that supports both your professional growth and your confidence as an emerging BCBA.
My goal is to make the supervision process structured, supportive, and practical so your hours feel integrated rather than added stress. You’ll get guidance that is grounded in real-world school-based ABA, not just theory—so you’re not just collecting hours, you’re building the skills you’ll actually use as a BCBA.
If you want supervision that understands your setting, respects your schedule, and helps you grow into a confident, competent clinician, I’d be a strong fit for your journey.
