Each coaching session typically lasts one hour depending on what we are working on that session. Sessions provide a focused space to address your concerns and refine techniques from the convenience of your own environment.

Every family is different, so there is no required long-term commitment. Some families may benefit from just a few sessions focused on a specific concern, while others may benefit from ongoing support as they work toward larger goals.I typically recommend starting with an initial period of coaching so we have time to identify your child’s needs, develop individualized strategies, and see how those strategies are working at home. From there, we can adjust the frequency of sessions based on your family’s needs and progress.The goal is always to provide you with the skills and confidence to independently support your child—not to create a need for ongoing services.

After each session, you will receive a secure payment link through your email to pay. You can pay using a credit or debit card. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an invoice by email that you can submit to any applicable scholarship or reimbursement programs, if needed.

Every child is unique, so the timeline for progress varies based on their individual needs, the goals being targeted, and how consistently strategies are implemented. Many families begin noticing small, positive changes within the first few weeks, while more meaningful, lasting progress typically develops over time with consistent practice. Parent coaching is designed to provide you with practical, evidence-based strategies and ongoing support so you can build skills, overcome challenges, and create meaningful long-term change for your child and family.
