 Supervision: Information and Pricing

You do not need to be an RBT or work in an autism clinic to receive supervision through Guided Growth Training. Many individuals working in public schools, private schools, special education classrooms, preschools, daycare centers, and early childhood programs can accrue fieldwork hours within their current roles. The BACB defines a client as any person or group for whom behavior-analytic services are appropriate, meaning many of the responsibilities you already complete in educational and childcare settings may provide opportunities to earn meaningful fieldwork hours.

As someone who completed all of my fieldwork in school-based settings, I understand the unique challenges trainees face when trying to accrue hours outside of traditional ABA clinics. My goal is to help you remain in a position you enjoy while developing strong behavior-analytic skills and meeting both restricted and unrestricted hour requirements. Rather than searching for additional opportunities elsewhere, I will help you identify ways to incorporate behavior analysis into your existing role and maximize the experiences already available to you.

During your introductory call, we will review your current position, discuss your daily responsibilities, and determine how your setting can support your fieldwork goals. I will provide guidance on unrestricted activities, help you create a plan for accruing hours efficiently, and ensure you understand what does and does not count toward certification requirements. My supervision model is designed to provide practical, school-based training that builds real-world skills, confidence, and competence—not just hours toward certification.
