 Supervision: Information and Pricing

Fieldwork supervision should prepare you for more than passing the BCBA exam—it should prepare you for the career you want to build. My supervision model is designed to provide a well-rounded experience that goes beyond meeting BACB requirements by helping you develop the clinical, professional, and interpersonal skills that successful BCBAs use every day.

As a supervisee with Guided Growth Training, you'll receive opportunities to participate in experiences that many trainees don't get during traditional fieldwork. Through my private-pay parent coaching practice, you'll have the opportunity to observe parent coaching sessions, learn how to build collaborative relationships with caregivers, strengthen your communication and professional soft skills, and see how behavior-analytic principles are applied outside of direct therapy. You'll also gain experience developing individualized treatment recommendations, creating meaningful goals for parent coaching, discussing clinical decision-making, and learning effective strategies for providing feedback and caregiver support.

In addition to parent coaching, you'll receive mentorship from a BCBA who currently provides services across multiple service delivery models, including in-home, clinic, school, telehealth, and hybrid remote settings. This broad clinical background allows me to prepare trainees for a variety of career paths while helping you understand how behavior analysis is implemented across different environments and populations.

For trainees interested in entrepreneurship, I also offer a behind-the-scenes look at building a private-pay practice. You'll gain insight into the realities of starting and growing a business, including branding, marketing, networking, business operations, and creating services that provide value to families. Whether your long-term goal is to work for an organization or eventually own your own practice, you'll leave supervision with a broader understanding of the profession than clinical skills alone can provide.

Every supervision experience is individualized to your career goals. During our introductory call, we'll discuss your current role, identify opportunities to meet BACB fieldwork requirements, and create a personalized supervision plan that supports both your certification journey and your long-term professional aspirations.

My goal is simple: I want you to finish supervision feeling confident, competent, and prepared to succeed in whatever direction your BCBA career takes you—not just with completed hours, but with the real-world experience to set you apart.
